Hi! I am TJ Burns of Compost Dayton. I am committed to local, grassroots efforts and hard work that makes an impact in our city.

 

Compost Dayton started out in gardening, working with Mission of Mary Cooperative, an urban farm . My passion for composting at home has led me to leading a company that impacts waste diversion and soil health in our community. Since its humble beginnings it has grown from a few families in the city of Dayton to many more families and businesses across the Dayton and Miami Valley region. This family-owned business is here to meet your waste reduction needs.

 

Compost is essential to a truly sustainable food system, closing the loop on vital nutrients plants need to grow.  By living simple and smart, we create a food system for our future.  This is our passion and our dream - we hope you will join us!
